 During the Minnesota Legislative Session the Council hosts monthly policy luncheons to discuss timely issues, network with agriculture contacts, and get to know legislators, Members of Congress, and other special guests.
The 2008 Policy Luncheon Program featured
- Sen. Keith Langseth (DFL-Glyndon): Capital Investment Committee chair
- Rep. Tim Faust (DFL-Mora): Agriculture, Rural Economies and Veterans Affairs Committee vice chair
- Sen. Tom Bakk (DFL-Cook): Taxes Committee chair
Next year’s Policy Luncheon Program will begin during the 2009 Minnesota Legislative Session. The 2009 schedule will be set near the end of the calendar year. |
