Roger Gilland

DIRECTOR

Roger Gilland is president of Gilland Feedlot, Inc., in Morgan, Minn., where he farms and operates a feedlot that has a capacity of 2,000 head of cattle. Gilland has farmed for more than 35 years.

As a member of the Minnesota State Cattlemen’s Association, Gilland is a past president of the Association and past chair of the Feedlot and Manure Management Advisory Committee. He attended Willmar State Junior College.

Gilland says membership in the Minnesota Agri-Growth Council gives him the opportunity to network with others in related industries. This gives him a better insight into the larger field of agriculture production and processing to be able to make better decisions in him business. It also leverages his input into legislation and regulations that impact his business and industry.
