Krystal Caron

Krystal Caron is the Communications Director for the Minnesota Agri-Growth council. As the Communications Director, Krystal coordinates the website, member communications, and newsletters. She also oversees media relations. Krystal has been with the Agri-Growth since August 2009.

Krystal has a background in nonprofit communications. Before coming to Agri-Growth, Krystal worked at several nonprofit organizations including Youth Frontiers, Inc., a nonprofit that partners with schools to create positive communities. Most recently Krystal worked with the Minnesota Trucking Association, managing their communications and public relations. Krystal's background with member groups and nonprofit organizations has provided for a diverse skill-set and knowledge of nonprofit communications.

Krystal grew up on a dairy farm in Monroe, WI. Her family's extensive involvement in the agriculture industry has given her a passion for representing and working with the agriculture industry in her career. She came to Minnesota to pursue her English/Mass Communications degree at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Krystal now lives in Minnetonka with her husband, Eric, and their cat and two dogs.
