The Minnesota Agri-Growth Council, with the support of dozens of sponsors from around the country, is hosting what will be the food and agriculture event and one of the top receptions of the 2008 GOP National Convention. The AgNite gala on Tuesday, Sept. 2, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. will be an impressive celebration of the breadth and diversity of this important industry.
The evening gala will showcase the food, agriculture and bioenergy industries in a unique and exciting club atmosphere, featuring high-tech, interactive displays, cutting-edge visual effects, top-notch food and beverage selections and headline entertainment near the end of the evening. The invite-only event will include 3,000 to 5,000 guests, delegates, policymakers, news media and industry leaders.
