How Do We Make Connections Across AFNR to Train & Retain a Top Workforce? That is a big question that employers, educators and leaders across our state and industry are asking, as they explore how we can collaborate to create a resilient and robust ag talent pipeline.
To that end, we are hosting an Ag Talent & Workforce Roundtable on March 16th in Bloomington.
Employers, educators and agencies are invited to connect at this exclusive action-focused roundtable for a day of in-depth discussion on AFNR careers. The goal is to create actionable, collaborative ideas that will help build a resilient ag talent pipeline and address workforce issues impacting Minnesota's diverse agri-food industry.
After the Roundtable ends, attendees are invited to stay and attend the National PAS (Professional Agricultural Students) Conference opening General Session at 4:30 pm, which will take place in the same hotel.
